Be introduced to vetted technology tools and emerging solutions solving today’s most pressing problems in loan manufacturing.
This room is filled with innovators, decision makers, and doers ready to make technology the workhorse that supports their organization in stabilizing and scaling.
This event is exclusive to Lenders and presenting solution partners only. We’re putting LENDERS in the driver’s seat of innovation.

Xactus built its business on helping lenders make better decisions faster, so an event designed around exactly that challenge is where they want to be.
The act tech summit brings together the lender executives who are actively rethinking their technology stack, not browsing a trade show floor, which is a fundamentally different conversation.
Innovative technology is what our industry thrives on, and Nestment, our 2025 Tech Fund winner, was a standout solution in Boston.
“The mortgage industry advances when lenders, innovators, and investors are working from the same information in the same room.
The act tech summit was created to build that environment.”
Jodi Hall | President & CEO of TMC
The average mortgage costs $11,000 to originate. The historical norm is $7,800.
The gap is a technology problem.
The act tech summit was
created to change that.

“Our industry advances when stakeholders work in the same direction.
The act tech summit creates the conditions for lenders, innovators, and investors to share what they know and build on it together.“
Jodi Hall | President & CEO of TMC
Mortgage technology moves fast. Adoption decisions carry weight.
act tech summit exists to create space for lenders to engage earlier, ask better questions, and contribute perspective before solutions reach scale.
This is a summit built around participation. Lenders do not attend to observe. They attend to influence, evaluate, and learn alongside peers who understand the complexity of the work.

Companies present emerging technology and early stage ideas and concepts to a curated group of lenders.
Our focus is on clarity, relevance, and open dialogue. We want you, the Lender, to be in the room. You deserve to decide what solutions impact change.

Selected participants refine their direction through lender feedback, operational context, and real use-case discussion.
Lender input supports gap identification, validating assumptions, and clarifying where solutions must adapt to meet the realities of mortgage execution.

Funded solutions enter an incubator program.
We workshop their solutions to create a strong entrance in to our industry through use case application & lender driven feedback to make stronger adoption pathways and industry application.
Loan origination platforms set up in a professional kiosk format using standardized loan scenarios. Lenders work through the same workflows across multiple platforms, supported by a detailed information card for each presenter available in the event app.
The format is designed to support genuine side-by-side comparison.
Up to six AI underwriting platforms process identical real loan scenarios in parallel. Lenders pose questions drawn from their own operations.
Judges score each platform on speed, accuracy, explainability, and fair-lending compliance. Attendance is restricted to lenders in decision-making roles.
15 vetted companies, organized into three groups of five, each delivering a focused live demonstration. Scoring is split 50% from a panel of lender executives and VCs and 50% from the audience.
Group winners return to the main stage for a championship round with open Q&A. A cash prize and media package are under consideration.
Lenders and operators present their operational challenges to founders and investors. The session gives builders and capital partners a direct read on which problems carry real purchasing urgency.
For technology companies, it provides a clear signal on product direction before committing to a roadmap.
“Innovation is deeply personal. The lender evaluating a new platform, the founder who left a stable career to build a better one, the investor placing a bet on where the industry is heading. The act tech summit puts those three people, finally, in the same room.”
